In politics, " The Devil is in the Details". With Inno Builders Philippines, "The Beauty is in the Details". One of our services we are offering is to illustrate the owners plan into details. Our drawings is base and with compliant to The National Building Code of the Philippines and consist of the following:
- Architectural Plans [Signed By: Architect]
- Structural Plans [Signed By: Civil Engineer]
- Electrical Plans [Signed By: Electrical Engineer]
- Sanitary and Plumbing Plans [Signed By: Sanitary Engineer]
This is a 6 copy sets of all the plans necessary for applying building permits with seal and signature of the corresponding professional for each plan. Together with the blueprints, we also prepare a set of Construction Specifications, Detailed Bill of Materials and the Building Permit application form signed and sealed by the designed professionals. We also offered free delivery for all documents you need.

One Storey Type Building: php 25,000
Two Storey Type Building: php 35,000
CONSTRUCTION
Construction Cost varies on location, availability of materials, type of materials,wage board, type of finishing and time of construction. It may range from 15,000 php to 35,000 per sqm depending on the said variables.

Terms:
Contract Signing: 10% of total cost
Released of Bldg Permit: 20% of Total cost
Balance is paid through a progress billing scheme
